More Rhino Tracks in the early morning

Fine Female Kudu. (what's a Kudu? Goes Moooo!)

Impala and baby (everybody go aaaaaaawwwwhhh!)

Plenty of small wildlife too! This is a blue headed tree agama (about 7 inches long (20cms))

And this animal would be..let me see oh yes it's an
....aardvark. Hmm,....well on this particular trip it was about as rare as an aardvark

Guinea Fowl, or as they are known locally...

Okay so we did see one other elephant.



Albasini Ruins: portugeuse trading post of the 18th century. This was the other end of the overland route from Maputo which would take about three months by walking and ox-wagon




Looking up to the gravesite of Stevenson-Hamilton,
who was the man who did more than anyone else to establish the park;
it should really be called the Stevenson-Hamilton park
